YOUTH MENTOR

Life/social skills mentor/instructor needed for treatment facility outside Missoula. We are requiring a bachelor's degree in any of the social sciences, behavior sciences, or any degree applicable, and 6 months working with youth, adolescents, teens and/or 6 months working in a behavior or chemical treatment facility, or any combination of the above thereof. We will consider interviewing a candidate still in college but close (within 1 year) to finishing their degree. Wage is salaried at 24k/year to start. This position involves shift work and there WILL be overnight stays at the school. Position available immediately for the right person.

Receptionist / Human Resource Assistant

Assistant needed for busy staffing office. Duties include: reception, multi-line phones (up to 6), greeting applicants, screening traffic, preparing interviews, internet research, criminal background checks, reference checks, data entry.

This position could work into a fill-in for our staffing consultant which would then include: interviewing, job placement, resume assistance, client communication, and employment decision-making.

We need someone who can type a minimum of 60 wpm, who has impeccable grammar and writing skills, and who can perform occasional graphic design (Illustrator and PhotoShop).

Hours are Monday-Friday, 30 hours/week to start, working into 40-hour weeks during our busy season and possibly earlier during times of fill-in. You must be flexible. Wage 8.00/hr to start. Position available immediately for the right person.

CLAIMS EXAMINER/ADJUSTER/INVESTIGATOR

Qualified Claims Examiner or Claims Adjuster needed for local firm. For a minimum of 2 years as a workers' compensation claims examiner where you were:

  • Responsible for setting up, delaying, investigating, coordinating and managing both litigated and non-litigated Workers' Compensation claims

  • Handled litigation referrals, settlements, and lien negotiations with claimants, attorneys and lien holders

  • Claim management includes taking recorded statements, interviewing injured workers, witnesses and employers

  • Scheduled medical, legal, and investigative appointments

  • Aggressively pursued all claim resolution opportunities, which most effectively managed payout, i.e. return to work, discontinuance of benefits through litigation

  • Handled payments, rehab notices, & QRR referrals

  • Ensured the timely bi-weekly payments of claimants temporary, permanent and vocational rehabilitation disability benefits

  • Maintained adequate reserves

Full time and part time Tellers needed to provide excellent customer service, cash checks, process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, accept payments, sell and redeem US Savings Bonds, issue cashier's checks, money orders, traveler's checks, credit card advances, balance teller drawer, refer bank services and other miscellaneous duties as required. Must have excellent customer service, cash handling, computer and 10 key skills. Teller experience preferred. Individual should work quickly and accurately and be flexible with hours (most client banks open 8am-6:15pm). Must be available for rotating shifts - some rotating Saturdays required.
